Issues with Online

Also having this problem. First attempt at online games and I've tried 6 times unsuccessfully. Either get black screen of death or 'Unable to connect to servers' error message.

I’m beyond frustrated with the multiplayer servers for Command & Conquer: Red Alert. For the past TWO MONTHS, players like me have been completely locked out of multiplayer games—it’s been a total nightmare with zero reliable access. This has wrecked the entire community experience, and despite a flood of reports from dedicated fans, you’ve provided not one single update or scrap of communication. What gives? This radio silence is infuriating!

Enough is enough. Can you please provide some Information on What’s actually causing this prolonged fault? What steps are you taking to fix it right? And crucially, when will multiplayer be restored so we can actually play again? We loyal players deserve full transparency and a realistic timeline

I have data on exactly when the problem started - around 18:30 on November 22nd
I'm obviously speculating but I'd be willing to bet there were some Aws changes which affected scaling.

Dear EA Please help fix this game everybody is experiencing the issue where the game bugs out when connecting to the other players in multiplayer. If you try again without exiting the game it will black screen no matter if its online, skirmish, Lan, single payer missions. You have to restart the game if it don't connect the first time. We even came up with the name. We got Jimed lmao thank you for hearing us out.

something changed at midnight and the failure rate is a lot lower.

something changed but its still very unstable. failure rate fluctuate from 20% to 60%

Please fix this EA :-)

EA please can you fix the server issues blighting C&C remastered. There’s an awesome community that has grown up around it over the last few years and the fact no one can now play against each other is going to destroy it.
