I've lost my Red Alert 3 cd key, is it possible to be given a new one?

I was excited to reinstall RA3, but found that the manual was missing from my game case.  I moved several years ago, and I'm more than certain it got lost during that time.  Is it possible to be given a new cd key? I still have the original game disc (Premier Edition).
