Jump Jet Trooper unable to get

Question

I am at level 27, have also purchased&nbsp;in store. Both GDI and NOD at Platinum II. I am just unable to get any Jump Jet Trooper. It never opens once in a crate or a daily bonus or even in the store.Is there something wrong with the server on my account? I check across my Alliance and friends, seems like at this level I am the only one not getting any Jump Jet Trooper.Anyone experiencing the same?

all crates are random your better off trying to get them from the free crate, fuel crate, or cards that are on sale that day&nbsp;

I hear your pain. I unlocked and got the mammoth tank cards before I got a single flame tank card. Hang in there, and make sure those convoys are coming.

Apparently, this is just random chance. That means that out of many people, there will be some for which it takes unreasonably long to get a certain card for the first time.

Since this adds nothing of value to the game, I would consider it to be a bug in the game design. You could try to file a bug report.

Actually, it's a LITTLE more then random chance. The game weights cards you have less of slightly higher in the pool to help you out. But the fact that epic cards come around only so often can exacerbate the issue. But in the end, there is a mechanic to help this: weighted card pool and card shop.
