Just founded base 2 and it won't produce Crystals

I recently founded my second base on server 52 and put 6 harvesters into production of crystals.  There are 5 level 8 harvestors and 1 level 10 harvestor.  I have tried moving them between crystal points and nothing.  They are producting 0/h crystals.  Everything else in the base seems to be working fine as power is producing over 8000 units per hour.  Tiberium production is working fine too.  Just crystals not working.

Any suggestions?
