Kanes wraith custom maps not showing up for either windows vista and 7

so ive been at this for 3 hours trying to get custom maps to work on all the command and conquer games from the ultimate collection from origins. working on my windows vista. also on my dads windows ...

    I keep running into this "solution"

    1. run regedit
    2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Electronic Arts\Electronic Arts\Command and Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath

    3. Edit-->New-->Dword (32bit)value

    4. change name to UseLocalUserMaps     data: 0


    5. add maps to C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\Command and Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\Maps

    But there is no secondary EA after the first and the only game showing up is CNC4

    Example: Electronic Arts\Electronic Arts\Command and Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath
