Kane's Wrath - not launching (splash screen/black screen)

For those who have the same issue, I have found the solution.

The new AMD driver (17.2.1) has some new APIs and that caused every game using C&C3's enginge stop working.

Solution: just uninstall the newest AMD driver and install the previous one instead (17.11.1 or 17.7.2)
