license limit on RA 3 uprising?

I have been playhing RA3 uprising for years on my computer now I get this "license limit" and it tells me to come here , what is going on? Dave

Ah, this can happen if old installs aren't "Deauthorised". Please contact support, and they should be able to help you out with this.
