I buy Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 for 4 year ago, when i was change my new computer and install this game, i show a dialog said that license llimit was reach, i was install only one time and i 'completely' remove it from my old computer, saved game, registry, everything.
Note it was retail 'legal' version.

If you've reached the maximum number of downloads, you might want to try deauthorising and renewing again. There's a tool to do this here: http://activate.ea.com/deauthorize/
