I have the same problem.
During 2020 January's Race event I got first place in both GDI and Nod factions. THe reward was supposed to be 2 Colossal Crates ( from both sides), but I got only one of them.
I got my GDI Colossal Crate, but then when the event was 1 min to end I started a match as Nod. I won and ranked up to Platinum League, but instead of Getting both my Golden Crate (for rank up) and my Colossal Crate (from Nod Race) I got an error and the game crashed. When I logged back I got nothing. No money and no cards.

I wonder if there's someone around there to aid us. It is sad that we are having this issue and the game would be so much better with this problems solved.
