Missing games on purchase ultimate collection of C&C

Hi Team,

I purchased your C&C Ultimate collection back in 2018, but I just found that, I don't really have all content as below shown. At least I don't have Red Alert 3 Uprising and it seems I need to pay again to have it? But your help team tell me Red Alert 3 is not available in the ultimate collection but I don't think this is true. Please tell me what on earth is happening? Thank you!

Command & Conquer
• Command & Conquer: The Covert Operations
• Command & Conquer: Red Alert
• Command & Conquer: Red Alert: Counterstrike
• Command & Conquer: Red Alert: The Aftermath
• Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun
• Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun Firestorm
• Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2
• Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge
• Command & Conquer: Renegade
• Command & Conquer: Generals
• Command & Conquer: Generals: Zero Hour
• Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars
• Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars: Kane's Wrath
• Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3
• Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3: Uprising
• Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight

It is only a UI error; they're not listed there, but they are included. When you launch a game that has an externally-launchable expansion pack (which is how it's always done on the games newer than Tiberian Sun), they give a little window asking you to play the base game or the expansion.

    @TwoB1t

For the older games (Command & Conquer 1, Red Alert 1, Tiberian Sun) the expansions are simply part of the base game. For C&C1 and RA1 they're the "new missions" (or something along those lines) buttons you can choose from the main menu, for TS you get a choice screen just after the game launched.

Note that these older three games are freeware, and have been fan-patched extensively. The fan-patch for C&C95 adds the exclusive console missions to that same "New Missions" menu, as well as easy access to the game's hidden dinosaurs minicampaign. I believe the community patched version of Red alert actually gives a "Counterstrike" and "Aftermath" button.

  • If the list is true, I think I miss both C&C red alert 3 uprising and C&C 3 Kane's Wrath, as I saw those names in my library, can anyone help to let me know what on earth is the situation? Thanks.

  • I've had the collection for quite awhile now and have realised I can't access the C&C expansion packs (Counterstrike & Aftermath), even though the res alert install states they are included.

Be interested if anyone knows how to access these packs, as they are included in the collection.

  • Hi there,

Thanks for the answer. But the thing is, I saw there is individual Red Alert 3 Uprising game in the EA app and it seems that I still need to pay for it? if that is already included in my collection, why I need to purchase it alone? Should be recognized as in library if I am correct? My problem is just for Red Alert 3 Up rising, not the rest as I can see them in my library. Are you sure Uprising is included in the Ultimate collection?

Cause EA support continue to send me repeat meaningless answer that saying Red Alert 3 Uprising is no more in the collection but they allow people to purchase it standalone? This is ridiculous!

  • @Nyerguds I am getting crazy on this. I missed the C&C Red Alert Uprising 3 in my purchase, but no one can help me. Email team keep asking same questions for my account
ID which I already provided and chat box guy ask me to install the game I don't have to report issue. So I paid the money for nothing back and even no help from EA. Cannot imagine that is a well established game company world wide.

Did you at least try just installing Red Alert 3 and launching it, to see if it is included?

I has the same worries, but I ended up just installing it and checking, and it just popped up a box asking me whether to play the base game or the expansion. They're simply all grouped under their base game, even those that are normally separate items.
