Missing games on purchase ultimate collection of C&C

Hi Team,

I purchased C&C Ultimate collection back in 2018, but I just found that, I don't really have all content as below shown. At least I don't have Red Alert 3 Uprising and it seems I need to pay again to have it? But your help team tell me Red Alert 3 is not available in the ultimate collection, but I don't think this is true. 

If the list is true, I think I miss both C&C red alert 3 uprising and C&C 3 Kane's Wrath, as I saw those names in my library, without additional content, can anyone help to let me know what on earth is the situation? Please tell me what on earth is happening? Thank you!
