MISSING PACKAGES!!

MISSING PACKAGES!! *edit- original message said resources, but its the supply crate packages that are all missing.

I've been having a hard time logging in the past few days onto my Tiberium Alliances account. It had been two days since I last played, and I logged on today to find ALL of my saved up packages under the SUPPLIES>RESOURCES tab gone!? I've had well over 200 Command Points packages as well as about 75+ Crystal packages to use and some power ones. Most if not all of these were gained through farming the camps with Supply Crates on them and now they are all gone??
