Missing reward from competition

Platform:Apple iPhone

I just started playing the game, and had no idea when I supposed to gain the reward, so I did not take any screenshot.

    I think there are two possibilities:

    1.) You actually received the rewards, but the animation for this failed to show. Several people have reported that this can sometimes happen. This is a bug, but only a graphical one.

    2.) You actually did not receive the rewards when you should have gotten them. This would be a severe bug.

    I have very basic collection as I just started playing, two colossal crate would be such an upgrade for me I should notice.
