Hey @dyknight_v2dejm thanks for reaching out! I think there may have been some misinterpretation as there is no such promo. Is it possible that you saw a promo offer for an Orca Bomber bundle that had 6 days left to purchase? That promo offer becomes available for you to buy when you reach level 10. Additionally, you cannot unlock the Orca Bomber until you reach player level 43. Hope this helps!
