EA QV TeamHey @BenLawsonPearce thanks for reaching out! The Jump Jet Troopers are an Epic unit and cannot be requested as a donations. You can only request Common and Rare cards from your alliance mates as stated on the window when requesting cards. Hope this helps! Thanks 🙂
Wish the conditions for card request can be changed. Like one can request for a single epic card, and the one who donated is given 400 credits. 40 common cards and 4 rare cards are Ok, but sometimes, it takes too long to level up epic units. Also I would like to request for another card type, legendary, which can't be donated and are reserved for some of the most OP tech units.

...and only once per 24 hours, or something like that.
That way, it would still take a long time to level up an Epic unit. But at least it would be something. Slow progress, but progress.
I'm missing all my units can't get in my account
They ask for emails with proof of purchase
And they ask for GPA numbers
I had so many they said we weren't sure how to handle this
So before we can go any further they closed the case every time
Don't even care I have over $3,000 in the game.
Help canter pretty useless they just give you the runaround
