Mission briefing not appearing

Summarize your bug After completing a mission and trying to start the next the mission briefing is not coming up.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When playing the allied counterstrike mission on hard. After completing a mission when the next mission briefing is supposed to appear it goes straight to the tactical command screen. You have to hit ESC to get the mission briefing to appear in which you can proceed to the mission.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game go direct to the tactical command screen and nothing happens.
What do you expect to see? The mission briefing should appear.
