MLRS
This unit should have a 3 tile attack range. The similar unit for Nod has one and MLRS seems like it should be equivalent.

Juggernauts are the 3 range GDI artillery unit, they come into play at the same tech tier as the 3 range nod artillery, mlrs and the giga-cannon would be the somewhat matching 2 range units at lower tech tier.
So not really something they're lacking.
