Mod Support and C&C 3 - How does one make this work with Ultimate Collection?

Trying to play C&C Retarded using the Ultimate Collection.  Tried to find the Game Browswer, couldn't.  Tried to do the -ui command, this did not work.  I found my old disc copy of C&C 3 and extracted the CNC3.exe application.  Replaced the one in the ...\Origin Games\Command and Conquer 3 TW and KW\Command Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars and created a shortcut.  Did the -ui and got the game launcher to show up.  Went to Game Browser and it only had options for replay.  Where is the Mods Tab?  It used to be there.  Used to play modded C&C 3 and Red Alert 3 all the time, how do I do that with Ultimate Collection?

TLDR: -ui does not seem to work on a standard UC Launcher.  How do I enable mods then.

    Use steam.

    Ther is an description in the steam comunity. You have to ad the game as an foreign game to steam. the you go to the start options and wirte -ui just like you've allready did. After you did thiseverytimme when you start the game over steam you get the normal launcher.

    Another problem is my mod tab appears but it didn't find the mods in the folder. do you have an idea?
