C&C multiplayer, as a whole, is no longer managed by EA; there's not too much that can be done here to help you on their system. Though, as far as I know, XWIS only requires you to give a Red Alert 2 serial, not a Yuri's Revenge one. Maybe you're just trying to give it the wrong code?

You can just play on CnCNet instead. They don't do these elaborate serial checks, and I think there's a lot more people playing there, too
