My Steam achievement of Command & Conquer Remastered won't unlock.

Question

My Steam achievement of Command &amp; Conquer Remastered won't unlock.Since I have already complete the counterstrike missions and also unlock all Bonus Gallery content in Red Alert. Both of my achievement which are 'Electrotherapy' and 'Red Alert Historian' won't unlock. How to solve this problem?
