No reward from the card loot crate
After opening crates and getting cards deposited to the even vault, I never received the rewards when the event ended. Please let me know if there is a way to get the rewards back. Thanks!
The Vault only gives out cards when you open it deliberately. This can only be done by spending diamonds, it does not happen automatically. This is often not considered worth it though, since it is random which 6 units you will get cards for. So if you get cards for units which you don't play, you are hosed.
