Observe crash

    @Krakanak
    Tough luck, yet another broken section that nobody at EA bothered to test properly.
    Check your Anti-Virus and Firewall settings, see if something's being blocked there.

I disabled all Windows Defender options and it actually fixed the issue. Strange thing is that when i enable it, observe still works, until PC gets restarted.
