Can you even bring one single reason why it should be as you say? In case you haven't paid attention: Disconnecting does not reward you in any way.
The only problem that exists here is that there is no proper built-in option to give up. THAT is what should be fixed.

I will clarify, if a player does this often then there needs to be a "slap on the wrist" instead of a "wag of the finger" so to speak. Which means there needs to be a higher loss of medals. Yes I also agree with you on a "give up" button needs to be placed in the game as well.

lol really? Let's worry less about trying to run players out of the game and more on how to make it better please.
