pan picture BUG

Summarize your bug Hi there, after I finished the major update I can't move my mouse down the map in the red alart game. What happened?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when i start the RA , I press H or G then input method come out and my mouse can't go down the map .
What happens when the bug occurs? The frames will lock I just can Pan images.
What do you expect to see? are you kidding me?

I have high expectations for RA and hope that it can be corrected and perfected as soon as possible.

This sounds like the issue people get when they alt-tab out of the game actually.

If it's that, you can fix it simply by switching to windowed mode and back to fullscreen, by pressing alt+enter twice.
