Hello, can one player represent multiple players in one alliance? Can one player represent multiple players in one alliance who have already stopped playing and are not active? Because I don't know if there is a violation of the rules, I would be happy for your answer. Thank you.

Generally speaking, it's best to stick to your own accounts, since game access is intended for the account owner only. Sharing or accessing another player's account could violate our User Agreement, depending on how it's used.
If you're referring to EA accounts in general, we don't recommend having multiple EA accounts or sharing accounts, whether they're active or not. Do keep in mind that any rule violations triggered on the account will be the account owner's responsibility, regardless of who was using the account.
