excuse me i asked you to stop insulting my intelligence. i have done nothing but contact and nothing has happened. as for the disconnected phone call my wife and my son have no idea what the hell you are talking about, they are of the opinion as i am that the said call was indeed over. they would like to know what it is you are talking, and as it is very hard to have a discussion with someone who cant open there mouth when talking to a customer on the phone. i would like a contact no for someone further up the food chain, as you seem to continue to give me scripted answers and have no intention of fixing the problem. here is the bloody no now fix it. oh yea as regard to the disconnected call, you told me you did'nt know what the problem was. here is the bloody no.
