PLZ help with Red Alert 3

Question

I bought the game since it came out and &nbsp;i loved it. One day i upgraded to Win10 from Win7 and the game got deleted. I STILL HAVE the case with the serial number and the CD but now i cant install from the CD for some reason(i think it has a lot of scratches). Now i tried putting the serial number into Origin but it says it had allready been used. I also checked my EA Account and it had a name for Command &amp; Conquer because i played Red Alert 3 online back in the day.
Please help me install the game so i can keep having fun with it. Any support would be greatly appreciated

This is a mostly volunteer-driven forum; most of the people who lend a hand around here (like me) aren't actually EA employees. For issues like this, I suggest you contact EA tech support through help.ea.com and get a chat session with a live representative. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things.
