Hi @AlberMW and thank you for posting.
Couple of questions:
1. What device are you using and what Android version is on it?
2. Have you tried switching to cellular/mobile connection to see if that improves your gameplay?
3. Can you provide me with your Persona ID (found in Settings -> About), so I can have a look?

1. Device: LG-H870 / OS: Android 8.0.0 kernel version 3.18.71
2. Yes. Switching to cellular connection improved the gameplay.
3. Persona ID: 1004158584429
I am having a similar problem.
The last few days I have been getting “POOR CONNECTION” a lot.
There is nothing wrong with my network, my iPad is not old.
The game lags and freezes and then I get disconnected.
Very frustrating.
Please look into this

Hey @sPlyPhty thanks for reaching out. Are you playing on WiFi? Does switching to cellular data improve it at all? Can you try resetting your WiFi modem to see if that can improve connection performance.
