Problem with Registration Code on Red Alert 3
Hi,
my english isn´t good so i write it on English and on German.
I bought Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 and wanted to registered it but Origin said the game is already at my games.
I bought Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 Uprising and one day later Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 (the full game). But if i want to register the game, they show me C&C Red Alert 3 Uprising and not C&C Red Alert 3(the full game).Can you help me?

Ich hatte mir Command and Conquer Alarmstufe Rot 3 auf einer Key-Seite geholt, wo das Bild von C&C Alarmstufe Rot 3 (Originalspiel) abgebildet war. Ich wollte es bei Origin aktivieren, da ich C&C Alarmstufe Rot 3-Der Aufstand hatte, man dies aber nicht im Multiplayer spielen kann. Es wurde das Bild von C&C Alarmstufe Rot 3-Der Aufstand angezeigt, obwohl es eigentlich eindeutig das Hauptspiel sein müsste. Können sie mir irgentwie helfen?
"invalid" means the code format is wrong. Should be 5 sets of 4 alphanumeric codes seperated by spaces, try without spacing. Can also happen if you're trying to redeem a box set game code on a digital code entry system (Origin site)
"used" means the code is already registered to an Origin account (digital download)
Usually games that are bought via Origin will be redeemed on your account automatically after purchase. Although you will receive a mail with the product code, this code is most likely already tied to your account. So, if you are told that the code has already been used, please check your My Games tab first and if the game is not shown there, then please contact a Game Advisor at https://help.ea.com/contact-us for further assistance.
