Product will not open

I downloaded Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 (Mac) and have been trying unsuccessfully to open in.  After copying to my application folder and opening the program, I am given a prompt screen that lets me look for updates, contact technical support, play, etc.  After installing all updates I click play and am prompted for the registration code.  After entering the code, clicking done, a new screen appears that looses like the game is about to open.  After 2-3 minutes I am prompted for my registration code.  I have rendered it about 10 times internally copying and pasting from my email and typing manually, checking carefully that I have it correct.  This cycle has not stopped. 

Please advise.
