purchased command & conquer ultimate collection how do I redeem my games
it said in the instruction to select redeem product code from drop down menu in the left side of Origin client

That's exactly how it works. You have to download and install Origin from the link below and then log-in with your EA account. Once logged in, there's a menu named Origin in the upper left corner of the window. (As seen in the image linked below)
