RA3 Uprising AI Behavior Reset & RA3 Game Fix

Hi community, 

This might be a weird question, but how can I reset my AI behaviors in my RA3 & Uprising? 

Such as for the AI Fleet Command, it doesn't build shipyard on the map named "Holdout Keep". It just keeps building infantries, and suddenly entered the late-game mod with spamming Wave-Force Artillery. This is fine if it's on the land that connects to both sides of the maps, but it's useless if she's on the islands that are on the other 2 sides. 

Second question: I bought the RA3 bundle in the Origin app a long time ago, and now I cannot play RA3 (not Uprising) after the update from Origin to the EA app. 

Issue: whenever I click on the play, it will load for a bit. Then a window will pop up to let me choose whether to play RA3 or Uprising. While Uprising is playable, the EA app will instantly pop back up if I click on the RA3 one. 

I have tried repair, uninstall and re-install, they all don't work. 

If anyone know how to fix the game, please reply.
