Ranking and vault

Hi, i wanted to know why my ranking is getting reset to the old level instead of the level of which i progressed after a season ends. Its unfair for the players not to stay on their current level everytime a season ends. The time spent on playing the game to reach a certain level?

also on the vault. I completed the task of filling it with 300 cards but now i couldnt find the vault to open it so i can collect my price. I tried opening it yesterday but it was not allowing me because there was still time in the clock before the promo expires. I want to collect my price. How?

    Resets happen at the start of every month on Monday.

    Vault doesn't open for free, it expired. If it returns, it will still hold the 300 cards you put into it, but currently it cannot be opened for free, only 600 diamonds.

    I bought enough gems to open the vault but now the vault is not available. If I continue to play I will lose items I win because I cannot find the vault to unlock it and empty it because it is maxed out.

    Actually, you never lose anything if you don't open the Vault. Those are just bonus cards that you can buy.

    If you do want to buy the additional bonus cards from the Vault, it becomes available peridodically. So there will be another opportunity to open it if you want to do that.
