Re: Are emulators allowed in C&C Rivals?

all right so long story short, emulators are not banned, however they are also not supported. So if you have any issues, there is no guarantee it will be fixed. That said, go watch bikerushownz twitch or YouTube videos, I think he has a link on how he has BlueStacks set up on his computer so he can play on there as well. Let me know if you have trouble finding this link and I will try to dig it up for you

Will try to set it up on my PC tonight. I already have bluestacks installed, I would want to see if there's anything to tweak it for. Also could the game have a supported PC version that has only controls to mouse? I would also like the function of C&C rivals to try its best to match emulators players to emulator players as to not give either a disadvantage.

It runs very smoothly on Bluestacks, but it may eat some of your resources. And setting it up may become a pain since it may use the weaker graphics card. But I got it to work and I can tell you the pros/disadvantages:

    PROS:

    - better and more precise movement

    - no overheating + battery never runs out like on the phone

    - connection should be more stable

    - key shortcuts can be added ( for example: press 1 to build a rifleman, press 2 for a misslesquad, ... )

    DISADVANTAGES:

    - Moving mouse across whole screen might take some valuable time

    - Screen is bigger, you may miss details happening on the map

    - unless you have it running constantly you won't get notifications if your crate has arrived

    - can't play at a friend's house (unless you got a laptop)

    - better graphics ( a bit )

You don't really get an advantage on a PC. The only really bad thing about phone is missclicking because of fat fingers, this gets prevented on PC. For the perfect Rivals experience, I recommend a tablet.

EDIT: It automaticly censored "C.O.N.S" lol, I'm going to type it 3 times now look: * * *. It turned into a " * " xd

I disagree with the "no misclicking on the PC". You can absolutely misclick with the mouse. Well, *I* can at least ;-)

I haven't actually tried playing on a tablet yet, maybe that is really the best way to play.

Running on small phone I’m able to use more than 1 fingers but on PC there is only one cursor needed to be moved around dramatically.

All I need is the accuracy. I often click on the wrong area when playing. Also I react faster via mouse than touchscreen. I am usually at home, and if the screen is too big, I could readjust the size to make it more smaller.

Well then bluestacks should fit you well ^^ Just setting it up may be difficult. If you want to move your progress from phone to PC, link your account to your mail, then boot Rivals up in Bluestacks and then play until you can go into the settings to link account. Now just select your original account, aaaand done!
