Artillery is still a joke. If you don't have air units of rockworn you have no chance. You can spam the fastest grounds units trying to take it out and you still have no chance.

If the artillery manages to turn away from where your units are, it might be easy to defeat them. Sometimes, when there is an artillery on the field, I distract it with fast scouts and try to have it face the wrong direction. Juggernauts are way more menacing than artillery.
