The EA staff & developers for this game have previously stated they do not monitor or follow these forums. Also, very few experienced players (if any) come here too. You would do better posting all future problems/comments to the dedicated C&C:TA forums at: http://forum.alliances.commandandconquer.com/index.php
Also, I suggest you send a C&C:TA community manager a pm (private message) about your problem, so that you get timely, efficient assistance. To do that simply:
After logging into the dedicated game forums, go to the CnC: TA community managers profile page here: rhiordd (link included). Scroll down the left side and click on Send rhiordd a private message. (link included). In your message, include as much information about your problem as possible. eg. account name, world/server, date/time (if possible), etc..
