i consider this not solved i have a similar problem ive taken a friends account and cant purchase any funds for it as it asks me to pay in a different currency honestly im not sure if this is really the case as i get no error message or any info as to why it doesnt go through to stage 3 (verify and confirm) i just get sent back to step 2 like the last guy who posted here
Ive since spent an hour on the phone to a game advisor at my own expense, it seems they have no way of changeing the currency for me and i have no way of doing it either they believe this to be the problem but cant confirm it, i was finally asked for some of my card details so as they could verify it wasnt a different problem but after a further ten minutes on hold i decided to hang up
why are EA making it so hard for me to give them money or do you just want me to spend it all ringing your incompitant game advisors
