Not solved
I have the same problem with step 2 looping.
Tried 2 different ISP's, 3 different computers, and 4 different browsers. no luck
Talked to support on the phone after an hour we have now figured out that the guy helping me cannont get past it on my account, on his account and atleast 2 of his collegues accounts.
Here's hoping the funds sale today clues them in when noone buys.
