You can definitely fake a connection and that's more than easy. While most Players are fair, most bad connections are a technical issue, but with more or less known of architecture and/or administration you can build up a lag router.

Dude I’ve been saying it for months people edge playing...getting to the edge of a WiFi zone stepping out and back in but I was the one who was crazy or lying....I watched kids in the mall playing rivals do it lol

What's supposed to be the point of that? You would lose the ability to control your own units. Seems not like something that you'd ever want to do.
Here’s why you can anticipate that poor connection goes both ways so if I edge play knowing I can creat a poor connection I can then send troops to spots before the poor connection with no issues because I will get connection back before the other person...so I create a poor connection that translates through the server creating a poor connection message to the other player....giving me an edge
