I am 43 years old and cant be doing with this type of error.  when i buy something i expect it to work.  my time is more valuebale than manufactures might think, and if i am wasting my time trying to make this work i feel i should be re imbursed that time.  perhaps at £50 per hour.

Why should we the public have to put up with shoddy service standards.

It would be rude of me to swear and use bad language, but go ahead and use your imagination of how i might be feeling right now.

Please just give us a solution.  

ps. i too am on win 8.1, fully p todate with everyting.  new laptop bought primarily for this game!
