Um. There are no C&C games for Android.
There's apparently an android version of Wine called "Winulator", which allows running older Windows programs on Android devices, so, maybe you can use that, I dunno.
Command & Conquer 1, Red Alert 1 and Tiberian Sun are all freeware, and have all been upgraded with community-created unofficial patches. So those would probably be the best versions to use for that. C&C1 and RA1 can probably be copied to the device without any real problems, though Tiberian Sun might need the Windows registry.
