Before you start the game from the EA app, click the button left of ‚play‘ to go to settings.
It should show the folder where the game is installed, the serial number and a field for ‚start settings‘.
Here your have to type in the following:
-REDALERT
save settings and you should be able to start the game.
The only options i see is vieuw Proporties, not settings. There's a field advanged launch options. When I put there -REDALERT and try to launch again it doesn't work. Do you have any other surgestions?
I forgot to say that I'm trying to play C&C generals.

Thank you for your help. When I’m launching generals form the EA app it gives a notification that it needs the administration right. I click ok, then i see for a short moment a programme get launched with a green EA logo then this closes nothing happends until the ea app launches again.
I already re-instal the game,
Re-install the app
Changed al the administrator permision
launched with administrator permision
Tryed the advange launch in the EA eith -REDALERT
Like nothing works. Everytime the same thing happend

No it doesn't. i get a Message. I put it a picture of it in the attachment. It says;
Hold up, this game needs permissions. This game requires adminitrative privileges. Do you want to grant acces and launch the game?
Then i select OK, EA closes, for a sec a screen pops up with a green EA logo. This goes away few seconds later EA opens again and nothings happens.
@tha_cocky Run Generals again and then upload the EA log file, usually found at below location on W10:
C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop\Logs\EAGEP.log
