I'm afraid there is no real way to delete worlds from your My Games overview. You are however removed from those worlds after 2 years of not logging into them, then they will disappear from your list.

However, worlds are sorted for activity, so the most recent world will always be on top. If you start on a new world, your old games will move down on the list so you don't have to worry about them anymore.
