Exactly what games are you talking about, and how are you trying to change them?
Though I personally don't see the point in unlimited cash... just get better and play the game properly :P

I enjoy the game already but it's fun to create an entire army of like 2000 riflemen and attack enemy bases or just build a huge defense for fun, aspects like that make the unlimited cash fun because otherwise rss run out before you can do so and sometimes I just want to screw around. I mean I was able to do the set up when I had the disk install instead of through Origin... but the games for Generals, Zero Hour, and Tiberium Wars.
You can edit them by going to the network.ini folder or skirmish folder or profile folder and change the "startingcash=10000" to whatever you want

Odd though.These settings files should still work, and if they aren't there, or seem corrupted, you should probably (re)create them. There's a template for that i the sticky thread here:
