A number of players have reported problems with Tiberian 3 lately.
Unfortunately, the EA staff & developers for this game have previously stated they do not monitor or follow these forums. Also, very few experienced players of C&C:TA (if any) come here too. You would do better posting all future problems/comments regarding Tiberium Alliances to the dedicated C&C:TA forums at: http://forum.alliances.commandandconquer.com/index.php
I suggest you log into the site above (using your game login username & password) then contact one of the community managers such as ph03n1ks or rhiordd.
To contact ph03n1ks, after logging into the dedicated game forums above, go to the CnC: TA community managers profile page here: ph03n1ks (link included). Scroll down the left side and click on Send ph03n1ks a private message. (link included). In your private message include as much information about your problem as possible. eg. in game account name, what world/server you're experiencing problems on, date/time incident occurred (if applicable), etc.
