Hey @g8erfan97 thanks for reaching out. Sounds like the game has gotten stuck in some state. Have you killed and restarted the app? Do you have your account linked to Email, Facebook, Google Play Game or iOS Game Center? If so, you could try a fresh install and restore your account. I'm guessing you just leveled up to Gold II right as the pop up to join alliance appeared? Is that correct? Additionally, can I get your Persona ID? It's found in Settings > About.
