Re: How can i get a new code

I understand that but when I bought game the code that was given by Amazon was invalid  I called Amazon an they said they only sell the digital code and  can't do anything it. I was given this website by them and was told you guy are responsible for the correction. 

@domianation@EA_Cadeis right; Amazon sold you the key (or a third party through Amazon did) so they are responsible as they sold you the key. I would just try to contact them again about it and demand your money back or a new valid key. EA can do nothing as they didn't sell you the key...
