well i unistalled red alert 2 and removed all files but it still isnt working. i installed mental omega properly this time by creating another red alert 2 folder. the mod worked but the game not.
@AjopostyBut does the base game work when you don't install any mods? I think you're suffering from a current known issue in which the Ultimate Collection won't start on some computer setups.
