Re: I can't launch old Command & Conquer games.

Command & Conquer 1, Red Alert 1 and Tiberian Sun are all freeware, and have all been upgraded with community-created unofficial patches that fix a lot of their bugs and compatibility problems. I advise you to just download the free digital versions and run from those. You can find them here:

Thank you for the C&C 1 help, that seems to work :-) But as for Tiberian sun I am still at a loss. The link goes to the CNCNet page & I am lost after that... Is there a 'simple' sequence/steps to get my discs for it to work on windows 10??

The link is indeed dead, try this one: https://cncnet.org/tiberian-sun

Or here is the direct link to the file: http://tore29.com/tsins/TSinstaller3-beta11r6.exe

btw, the installer contains all the files that need to be copied to the hdd so it will fully install the game. During the installation it will ask you if you like to download the movies too, you can uncheck that option and use the movies from your CD instead (I think you need to disable the No-CD patch in the config for that)
