Open explorer, click in the address bar, and type %appdata% and then press enter. In the folder you end up in (should be your user profile folder + "AppData\Roaming\") you should see a folder named "Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars".

In that folder, there should be a folder named "Maps". If it isn't there, create it. Then put your maps in there.
